The position will support renovations and space reconfiguration projects as well as operational and maintenance oversight, management of an automated integrated workplace management system, space planning, move services, supply center oversight, design, procurement, space occupancy support and lease administration. The Leasing Specialist will support the client and the Facility Program and Construction Managers in their execution of construction and building management support, project coordination, cost estimating, budgeting, scheduling, and collaboration with architecture, engineering, construction, and government stakeholder teams.
