Build strong working relationships and collaborate effectively with title companies, brokers, surveyors, government agencies, landowners, attorneys, and AES team members to mitigate risk and support successful project financing outcomes. Support all real estate aspects of project development, construction, and financing activities, including survey coordination, site plan reviews, buildable area analyses, site visits, and collaboration with investors and title companies to secure lender's and owner's title insurance policies.
