Skills and Requirements 4-5 years of experience supporting lawyers and paralegals with administrative or client-related tasks Experience opening new matters and preparing waiver letters Experience with corporate legal documents (closing binders, signature page checklists, stock purchase agreements, shareholder agreements, stock certificates, SEC documents, bylaws, articles of incorporation, and minutes) Advanced MS Office & Adobe Experience submitting invoices and managing billing systems (e.g., Chrome River, Aderant, Bill Blast) Document Management System experience (iManage preferred) Strong business acumen; ability to work with cross functional team having effective/professional communication (written & verbal) big law firm experience Key Responsibilities and Essential Job Functions: - Communicate effectively and professionally with clients, lawyers, and co-workers via email, by telephone, and in person; answer telephone, providing responses to routine questions from clients and staff members, and/or route calls to appropriate lawyer or staff member; arrange conference calls and greet clients.
