The Warehouse Manager oversees the safe receipt, storage, retrieval and timely dispatch of goods; ensures workplace health and safety requirements are met; takes responsibility for the security of the building and stock; plans the arrangement of goods within the warehouse and organizes special requirements for certain stock, such as damaged and oversized products; ensures productivity targets are met and maintain computerized administration and automated storage and retrieval systems. Management of the receiving, inventory control & the returns department including the monitoring of the Direct and True Bins to properly issue out for accurate inventory and processing orders to close.

JOB SUMMARYThe Warehouse Manager oversees the safe receipt, storage, retrieval and timely dispatch of goods; ensures workplace health and safety requirements are met; takes responsibility for the security of the building and stock; plans the arrangement of goods within the warehouse and organizes special requirements for certain stock, such as damaged and oversized products; ensures productivity targets are met and maintain computerized administration and automated storage and retrieval systems.RESPONSIBILITIES:<ul><li>Monitor and manage the daily processing of all Purchase Orders and Stock Purchase Orders to ensure they flow through the Admin and Back Office Macola systems correctly to Order Close</li><li>Ensure product is warehoused and disbursed to the picking line within the prescribed time frame, and systematically processing all Instawarehouse Purchase Orders to completion</li><li>Ensures daily warehouse order processing is successfully executed and Pick Tickets/Products are shipped out from our warehouse</li><li>Management of the receiving, inventory control & the returns department including the monitoring of the Direct and True Bins to properly issue out for accurate inventory and processing orders to close</li><li>Assist with expediting customer service orders and monitoring orders and inventory for order completion</li><li>Input data, provide training, supervise staff, oversee workflow & resolve problems</li><li>Assist Customer Service Manager(s) in resolving any shipment or returns issues</li><li>Enforce proper use and maintenance of any Instawarehouse equipment – motorized or other</li><li>Ensure proper delivery and pickup of inventory using appropriate shipping sources</li><li>Ensure that the Instawarehouse is properly staffed at all times during normal business hours or other hours as may be deemed necessary by management</li><li>Ensure that all Instawarehouse floor areas, offices, front walkways, dock and dumpster areas are clean, neat and free of any debris</li><li>Motivating, organizing and encouraging teamwork within the workforce to ensure set productivity targets are met</li><li>Train staff and monitoring their performance and progress</li></ul> QUALIFICATIONS: Education High School diploma or equivalent.Preferred Qualifications: Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Materials, and Supply Chain ManagementExperience<ul><li>3 to 5 years of Supply Chain/Warehouse and Management experience</li><li>Proficiency with various Warehouse Management platforms and Inventory systems</li><li>Computer applications using MS office specifically excel, word, and PowerPoint</li><li>Possess or ability to pass forklift certification</li></ul> Skills<ul><li>Excellent oral and written communication
