Position Summary:
The Shipping and Receiving Clerk is responsible for the proper receiving, labeling, and tagging of inbound materials.  Also responsible for verifying and scanning out all outbound finished goods and raw materials, maintaining proper documentation and ensuring that all documentation is scanned to the online database and filled daily.

Position Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
<ul><li>Inspect inbound shipments for damage and correct quantities.</li><li>Report damages or shortages to the appropriate person.</li><li>Record receiving data in company databases.</li><li>Ensures all pallets are tagged with PID labels and Pallet Flags</li><li>Processes shipments in shipping software</li><li>Ensure product is accurately pulled and labeled for shipment.</li><li>Responsible for scanning and filling of Shipping and Receiving paperwork.</li><li>Meet or exceed productivity standards in all functions performed during assigned shift.</li><li>Check-in/out delivery drivers and liaise with office staff for paperwork.</li></ul>
