Employees working in the Casino or Bowling Center may be exposed to second-hand smoke and moderate levels of noise. Interact with the purchasing department to insure all shortages are addressed and product is as ordered by buyer .

Summary: Provide excellent customer service, adhere to Receiving policy and procedure; and Statement of Business Ethics Essential Duties and Responsibilities include: <ul><li>Work in a Safe and courteous manner </li><li>Organize and deliver daily receiving documents and product to appropriate department </li><li>Locate daily receiving documents by vendor name, and or purchase order number </li><li>Inspect items being received off the purchase order for quality and freshness </li><li>Maintain daily receiving log documenting receipt activity by invoice, supplier etc </li><li>Interact with the purchasing department to insure all shortages are addressed and product is as ordered by buyer </li><li>Directly involved in monthly inventory </li><li>Communicate to departments any shortages, or concerns to the operation of the department </li><li>Responsible for the appropriate rotation of product in the central warehouse </li><li>Clean and help maintain the receiving dock and the central warehouse </li><li>Maintain a consistent attendance record </li><li>Wear appropriate attire with the proper footwear for a safe environment </li><li>Work to maintain the quality standards of Fantasy Springs Resort Casino and the Team environment </li></ul>This position is not limited to those duties listed in the job description. Duties and responsibilities can be changed, expanded, reduced or deleted to meet business needs of the company. Supervisory Responsibilities: This position does not have supervisory responsibilities. Requirements<ul><li>Must be at least 21 years of age or older </li><li>Must have a High School Diploma or GED equivalent. </li><li>Must possess a valid CA Driver's License. </li><li>Must be able to read, write and communicate fluently in English. </li><li>Must be able to stand, bend for long periods of time. </li><li>Must be able to lift up to 75 lbs on a consistent basis. </li></ul> Work Environment: Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.
