Our Warehouse Operators are responsible for operating machinery to move materials around a facility for shipping, processing and receiving. This might include unloading, scanning, moving, staging, loading, locating, picking, relocating, and stacking product.Job DescriptionResponsibilities:<ul><li>Catalogues, records, and organizes materials received at the warehouse; Arrange materials for order assembly</li><li>Fulfills worksheets or tickets for customers by reading production schedules, order forms and requisitions</li><li>Locates and gathers products for to move and distribute to production workers, assembly line, or to shipping areas</li><li>Assembles, builds, wraps, sorts, and transports customer orders</li><li>Operates hand truck, cart, doilies, forklift, order-picker, and walkie to transport items</li><li>Maintain a clean and safe work area</li></ul>Required Experience: <ul><li>Ability to speak, read, and write English with proficiency. This role requires strong communication, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills to effectively manage logistics, warehouse operations, safety protocols, and customer requirements in a fast-paced environment. • Ensure accurate tracking of shipments and inventory using warehouse management systems (WMS) and Transportation Management System (TMS).

The Warehouse Coordinator is responsible for coordinating inbound and outbound shipments, optimizing warehouse processes, ensuring inventory accuracy, and maintaining compliance with safety and operational standards. This role requires strong communication, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills to effectively manage logistics, warehouse operations, safety protocols, and customer requirements in a fast-paced environment. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: 1. Warehouse Operations and Coordination • Coordinate cross-dock operations, ensuring timely and efficient movement of goods. • Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments, verifying documentation, and ensuring proper handling. • Ensure accurate tracking of shipments and inventory using warehouse management systems (WMS) and Transportation Management System (TMS). • Monitor and optimize warehouse space utilization to improve efficiency. • Implement and enforce standard operating procedures (SOPs) for warehouse functions. • Coordinate team members to ensure shipment and receipt of product completed on time. 2. Forklift Operations and Material Handling • Operate a forklift and other material-handling equipment to load, unload, and move freight safely. • Ensure proper stacking, storage, and transportation of goods within the warehouse. • Perform routine inspections and coordinate maintenance on forklifts to ensure operational safety. • Assist in training warehouse staff in forklift safety and best practices. 3. Logistics and Inventory Management • Work closely with carriers, drivers, and third-party logistics (3PL) partners to streamline freight movement. • Assist with tracking and reporting inventory levels, ensuring minimal discrepancies. • Assist with inventory audits, cycle counts, and reconciliation of stock. 4. Safety and Compliance • Assist in ensuring adherence to OSHA and company safety guidelines to prevent workplace incidents within area of responsibility. • Maintain a clean and organized work environment. • Ensure the proper handling and storage of goods, ensuring compliance with customer and industry standards. • Coordinate cross dock team safety meetings. 5. Team Leadership and Communication • Supervise warehouse associates, assign tasks, and provide training as needed. • Foster a culture of safety, teamwork, and continuous improvement. • Serve as the main point of contact for internal departments and external partners regarding warehousing and cross docking activities. 6. Documentation and File Maintenance • Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of warehouse and cross-dock operations, including shipment logs, inventory records, import/export records, and compliance forms. • Ensure all required documents are completed in a timely manner and are properly filed for easy retrieval. • Review and verify shipping and receiving documents to ensure accuracy and completeness. • Assist in generating reports related to inventory, shipments, and operational performance. SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITY This position manages all employees of the department and is responsible for the performance management and hiring of the employees within that department. WORK ENVIRONMENT This position is in a Warehouse Environment. POSITION TYPE/EXPECTED HOURS OF WORK This is a full-time position, and hours of work and days are Monday through Friday. This position may periodically require long hours and weekend work. PHYSICAL DEMANDS The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. Ability to lift and move heavy materials (up to 30 lbs.) on a regular basis. Prolonged periods of standing, walking, bending, and kneeling during warehouse operations. Must be able to operate a forklift and other warehouse equipment safely. Frequent lifting, pushing, pulling, and carrying of products in the warehouse environment. Ability to work in non-climate-controlled environments and adjust to varying warehouse conditions (e.g., temperature changes, noise levels). Comfortable working in a fast-paced, physically demanding environment. Ability to identify and distinguish colors, see at a distance and close range with or without corrective lenses. Responsibilities:
SummarySupervises the receiving, storing, ordering, packing, shipping, and filling staff orders of materials for facility warehouse and supply operations. Maintains stock records, inventories, ordering, schedules and verifying assessed charges. Primary Duties and Responsibilities<ul><li>Receives, stores and issues supplies.</li><li>Orders supplies and equipment for the facility based upon anticipated requirements and the development of an organized purchasing system. Maintains an inventory system that accurately determines quantity on hand, purchased, and distributed.</li><li>Maintains records, completes reports and other record-keeping as required.</li><li>Ensures appropriate housekeeping standards in the warehouse.</li><li>Maintains order and security of the area at all times.</li><li>Provides staff with an up-to-date list of items stocked in the warehouse.</li><li>May lead and direct the work of other employees, which includes significant input into job performance evaluations of these positions, including development, retention and termination.</li><li>May direct work, provide training and perform inspections of work performed by detainee warehouse staff.</li><li>Recognizes unusual or threatening safety conditions and takes appropriate corrective action.</li><li>Performs other duties as assigned.</li></ul>

Qualifications:
