In addition, the role performs complex labor and payroll analyses, maintains monthly, bi-weekly Pay-to-CO, and annual labor distribution reconciliations using SAP CO/FI and advanced Excel, investigates discrepancies, and partners with cross-functional teams including Government Accounting, Finance, HR, Payroll, ITS, and Audit to ensure the accuracy and integrity of labor-related financial data.
