The Senior Accountant is responsible for assisting with the financial accounting and reporting process including, but not limited to, performing reconciliations, preparing closing journal entries, gathering data to support financial statement disclosures, researching certain accounting issues and ensuring compliance with Company policies and regulatory reporting requirements, particularly with Securities and Exchange Act filings and compliance with Sarbanes-Oxley. The Senior Accountant reports directly to the Assistant Controller and works closely with various functions including Accounts Payable, Billing and Revenue, Sales, and Operations.
