This work will include completing administrative tasks, providing customer service to visitors, resolving conflicts, advising visitors of rules and regulations, collecting fees from recreation sites, monitoring natural resource or infrastructure impacts to recreation sites, completing minor maintenance/janitorial task, and working both independently and as a team to improve the parks and recreation sites and public experience. The incumbent frequently engages in tasks such as providing information to the public, collecting fees, resolving conflicts, interpreting FWP rules and regulations, maintaining site conditions, and working closely with other staff such as Game Wardens, Biologists, and other Parks and Outdoor Recreation staff to meet shared goals.
