We're hiring a licensed pharmacist for a contract Director of Pharmacy / Pharmacist in Charge position at a behavioral hospital in Peoria, IL. You will use clinical and operational expertise to open and establish pharmacy services, ensure safe medication distribution, manage Omnicell automation setup, approve orders, and participate in P&T activities. Minimum Qualifications:<ul><li>Active Illinois Pharmacist license required.</li><li>Experience as a Director of Pharmacy or Pharmacist in Charge preferred.</li><li>Inpatient hospital experience preferred, ideally in behavioral health settings.</li><li>Experience with Omnicell automation preferred.</li><li>Experience with HCS order entry system preferred.</li><li>Experience setting up or opening a new pharmacy preferred.</li><li>Ability to approve orders, manage P&T meeting responsibilities, and establish formulary and operational workflows.</li><li>Must be able to complete required site-specific credentials including background check, drug screen, HIPAA training, TB test, CPS Code of Conduct, and any additional credentials required by the facility.</li></ul> Preferred Qualifications:<ul><li>Local candidates preferred. Previous experience with youth sports is preferred.
