You’ll be responsible for identifying and hiring high-quality candidates across all levels of the organization. This role is perfect for a sourcing expert who can use their bilingual skills to fill niche roles, collaborate with leadership, and help maintain a positive, growth-oriented company culture. Responsibilities:<ul><li>Execute full-cycle recruitment, including job posting, candidate screening, and interview coordination.</li><li>Partner with hiring leaders to define role requirements and provide data-driven sourcing strategies.</li><li>Drive employer branding through event attendance and internal culture programs.</li><li>Assist in developing accurate job profiles and managing departmental strategic projects.</li><li>Represent the organization with professionalism, upholding corporate reputation and employee relations.</li><li>Perform other duties as assigned.</li></ul> Requirements:<ul><li>Fluent bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish (reading, writing, and speaking). Outstanding verbal and written communication skills in both languages is a must!</li><li>High school diploma, or GED equivalent required. Advanced degree in related field preferred.</li><li>Experience in recruiting a plus.</li><li>Regulatory & HR Best Practice proficient</li><li>Microsoft office experience</li><li>Able to multi-task</li></ul> Salary & Benefits:<ul><li>Hourly: $24-$26 per hour, depending on experience.</li><li>Full benefit package to include: Health, Dental, Vision, HSA, PTO, 401(k) plus company match, Paid Holidays, Tuition Reimbursement, EAP</li><li>Opportunity for growth and advancement</li></ul> Aventure Staffing is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
