Must have excellent communication skills and the ability to build positive working relationships with potential candidates, drivers, outside sources for drivers, and current employees. The Recruiter is responsible for all aspects of the driver recruitment process, including but not limited to identifying, sourcing, and recruiting qualified Class A, flatbed drivers.
