The Human Resource Generalist will assist with the daily functions of the Meade County Human Resource (HR) department including employee relations, recruitment, performance management, benefits, and leave, and ensuring county policies and practices align. Performs routine tasks required to administer and execute human resource programs including but not limited to benefits, and leave; disciplinary matters; disputes and investigations; performance and talent management; productivity, recognition; occupational health and safety; and training and development.
