The Director administers and oversees all aspects of human resources including: day-to-day employee relations services, conflict resolution, investigations, disciplines, counseling, policy formulation, implementation, and communication, recruitment and employment activities, classification and compensation, benefits, management of performance and evaluation files, and training and professional development. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field and a minimum of five (5) years of progressive HR related work, or ten (10) years of progressively responsible experience in a supervisory or managerial capacity in human resources administration.
