This role manages the full-cycle recruitment process from intake to offer, with a proven ability to recruit across skilled trades, engineering, technical, and leadership positions. The Corporate Recruiter will partner closely with the Corporate Talent Team Lead, hiring managers, and HR counterparts to achieve hiring goals, meet KPI targets and provide an exceptional candidate experience.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Own and manage full-cycle recruiting for assigned requisitions, ensuring alignment with hiring manager expectations and business needs.</li><li>Conduct intake meetings to define role requirements, competencies, interview processes, and market strategy.</li><li>Proactively build and maintain talent pipelines for high-demand roles, including skilled trades, engineering, technical, and leadership positions.</li><li>Partner with the Talent Team Lead on priority requisitions, participating in the “Red Req” escalation process for delayed or high-urgency hires.</li><li>Collaborate with the Recruitment Marketing Specialist to design targeted attraction campaigns for competitive talent pools.</li><li>Source candidates through advanced methods, including AI sourcing tools (HireEZ preferred), LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, and industry-specific networks.</li><li>Deliver an exceptional candidate experience through consistent communication and timely feedback.</li><li>Work with the Talent Coordinator to schedule interviews, coordinate candidate travel, and manage offer processes.</li><li>Under the guidance of the Corporate Talent Team Lead, track and report on key recruiting KPIs (e.g., Time to Fill, Time to Offer, Quality of Hire, source effectiveness), monitor funnel conversion rates and pipeline health, and identify bottlenecks to drive data-informed improvements in speed, quality, and overall hiring effectiveness.</li><li>Provide market insights and competitive intelligence to hiring managers and HR leadership.</li><li>Represent Cleaver-Brooks at career fairs, technical school events, military recruitment programs, and professional association gatherings.</li><li>Serve as backup coverage for urgent requisitions when a recruiter is out of office or at capacity.</li><li>Perform other duties as assigned in support of HR and Talent Acquisition operations.</li></ul>Qualifications<ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred; or equivalent experience considered.</li><li>5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, with a strong focus on skilled trades and engineering recruitment in manufacturing or industrial services environments.</li><li>Proven success filling hard-to-fill technical, engineering, skilled trades, and leadership positions.</li><li>Proven track record of meeting or exceeding TTF and TTO targets.</li><li>Experience with UKG or similar applicant tracking systems strongly preferred.</li><li>Proficiency in AI sourcing tools (HireEZ or similar) and advanced Boolean search.</li><li>Available for moderate travel (approximately 20–25%) to Cleaver-Brooks sites, career fairs, training sessions, and other recruiting or relationship-building events as needed to support strategic hiring initiatives</li></ul>Preferred Experience<ul><li>Experience in  military/veteran recruiting.</li><li>Experience recruiting for service technicians and skilled trades roles</li><li>Proven ability to build partnerships with technical schools, municipalities, and professional organizations</li><li>Exposure to employer branding and recruitment marketing initiatives.</li><li>Experience leveraging creative sourcing strategies, including social media, networking, and direct outreach.</li><li>Proven ability  to build and maintain talent pipelines for high-volume or hard-to-fill roles.</li><li>Strong stakeholder management and communication skills across hiring managers and HR partners.</li></ul>Physical Requirements:<ul><li>Limited manual dexterity required.</li><li>Work involves minimal physical effort.</li></ul>About Cleaver-Brooks:Cleaver-Brooks is the market leader in providing fully integrated thermal solution systems. This position ensures athletic events run smoothly from a communications and operations standpoint while promoting the department through game day storytelling and box scores.Essential Duties and ResponsibilitiesGame Day Operations<ul><li>Coordinate all game day sports information operations for home athletic events.</li><li>Oversee setup and operation of live statistics, scoreboards, livestream broadcasts</li><li>Manage and assign game day staff, student workers, statisticians, camera operators, broadcasters, and replay personnel.</li><li>Ensure all technology and equipment related to stats, broadcasting, and livestreaming are functioning properly prior to competition.</li><li>Serve as the primary contact for game operations communication between officials, visiting teams, broadcasters, and athletic staff.</li><li>Organize game scripts, ticketing, timing sheets, media seating, and operational flow to ensure contests run efficiently and professionally.</li><li>Maintain accurate game statistics and distribute post-game reports to coaches, conference offices, and media outlets.</li></ul>Athletic Communications<ul><li>Write game previews, recaps, and press releases for all athletic programs.</li><li>Provide real-time score updates and game coverage for the Social Media Specialist.</li><li>Coordinate photography, video highlights, and digital content during athletic events.</li><li>Promote student-athletes, coaches, and teams through creative storytelling and media relations in conjunction with the sports website and social media specialist.</li></ul>Media & Broadcasting<ul><li>Oversee livestream production for home events, including camera setup, graphics, audio, and commentary.</li><li>Coordinate broadcast talent and ensure quality production standards are met.</li><li>Work with conference and national offices regarding streaming requirements and statistics reporting.</li></ul>Administrative Responsibilities<ul><li>Train and supervise student workers and graduate assistants assigned to sports information duties.</li><li>Assist with championship events and special athletic department functions.</li><li>Maintain knowledge of conference and NAIA statistics and reporting requirements.</li><li>Support branding and promotional initiatives within the athletic department.</li></ul>Qualifications<ul><li>Bachelor's degree in Sports Management, Communications, Journalism, Broadcasting, or related field preferred.</li><li>Experience in athletic communications, sports information, broadcasting, or game operations preferred.</li><li>Knowledge of live stats software, livestreaming platforms</li><li>Strong writing, communication, and organizational skills.</li><li>Ability to work nights, weekends, and travel as required by athletic schedules.</li><li>Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced athletic environment.</li></ul>Preferred Skills<ul><li>Experience with video production and replay systems.</li><li>Familiarity with StatCrew, Genius Sports, Hudl, PrestoSports, or similar athletic software systems.</li><li>Leadership ability in supervising game day staff and student workers.</li></ul>Physical Requirements<ul><li>Ability to lift and move broadcasting or event equipment as needed.</li><li>Ability to stand and work extended athletic events indoors and outdoors.</li></ul>Education Required:<ul><li>Bachelor's degree required.
