ul>Administers established temporary staffing vendor contracts to include but is not limited to: ensuring compliance to negotiated rates and contract conditions, facilitation of placement of temp employees at all stores, and weekly timecard and invoice approvals, Compose weekly recruiting reports to include position openings, candidate activity, time to fill, offer status, and additional resources needed. Previous experience utilizing traditional recruiting tools is required (Social Media, internet databases, job boards, and internal ATS) with the ability to think outside of the box in executing recruiting initiatives.
