7+ years of experience in technical recruiting, with a proven track record of hiring senior and highly specialized technical talent in fast-growing or high-performance environments Deep experience recruiting for complex technical roles such as software engineering, infrastructure, systems, hardware, AI/ML, or other hard-to-fill specialties Strong sourcing expertise, including direct outreach, talent mapping, and building pipelines in competitive markets Excellent judgment in evaluating technical and non-technical candidates, with the ability to assess skills, potential, and cultural alignment Experience managing full-cycle recruiting, from role kickoff through offer negotiation and close, with consistent delivery in high-volume or high-urgency scenarios Data-driven mindset with experience using recruiting metrics to improve process efficiency and hiring outcomes. • Own full-cycle recruiting for senior and highly specialized technical roles, including software engineering, infrastructure, systems, hardware, AI/ML, and leadership positions • Partner closely with engineering, product, and executive leadership to understand hiring needs, define role requirements, and build scalable hiring plans aligned with company growth • Proactively source and engage top technical talent through creative and data-driven strategies, including direct sourcing, referrals, events, and networking • Deliver an exceptional candidate experience by running structured, transparent, and efficient interview processes from first contact through offer close • Drive offer strategy and negotiations, partnering with leadership to close senior-level candidates in a competitive market.
