You’ll bring our mission to life by finding and inspiring the people who make care happen.  The Community Recruitment Partner serves as a key connector between our organization and the local community by building meaningful relationships to attract top talent while efficiently managing full cycle recruitment for clinicians. This role combines proactive, community-based outreach with effective processing of inbound applications to ensure a steady, high-quality pipeline of candidates.  You’ll work collaboratively with your Pod’s leadership and HR teams to fill key clinical roles, reduce agency costs, and strengthen each nursing center’s workforce. Your creativity, persistence, and passion for people will help build flexible, high-performing teams that elevate care and culture across the nursing centers in your Pod. Position Highlights *Build strong relationships in local communities, schools, and workforce agencies to grow talent pipelines.*Source and hire candidates through grassroots outreach, social media, and in-person engagement.*Partner with Pod Nursing Home Administrators to align recruiting strategies with real-time staffing needs.*Reduce our reliance on staffing agencies by developing consistent, local talent pipelines.*Represent Genesis HealthCare in the community by sharing our stories, our values, and our opportunities. *Collaborate closely with the People Strategy Partner, establishing a seamless and positive onboarding experience for new hires, while strategically aligning on workforce planning, ensuring equitable compensation programs, and continuously refining selection criteria to drive organizational success.

Qualifications:
*At least 2–4 years of experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or community outreach.*Experience hiring for clinical professionals, specifically nursing professionals including CNAs and RNs.*Proven success sourcing and engaging candidates through community-based and digital efforts.*Strong communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills; ability to connect with diverse audiences.*Highly organized, self-motivated, and comfortable working independently in the field.*Familiarity with local labor markets, healthcare industry trends, and community resources. *Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required. *Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Marketing or related field (or equivalent experience) preferred.

Job Title: Dental Office ManagerLocation: Sundance Dental CareThe purpose of the Office Leader position is to efficiently and effectively manage a financially viable practice. The Office Leader is to ensure appropriate staffing, full schedules, successful financial presentation of treatment plans and payment options, and to ensure patient satisfaction and practice profitability. The Office Leader must be able to clearly explain treatment options and the costs associated. They are knowledgeable about the treatment and timelines, and they are prepared to discuss the financial arrangements with the patient. They will coordinate as needed with other offices who share in the care of the patient, following through on all referrals and correspondence. The Office Leader must be able to communicate effectively. The Office Leader must provide proper training, coaching, and guidance to all team members in the practice. The responsibilities listed below must be accomplished daily, weekly, and monthly. Additional responsibilities may be required. Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Team Leadership & Development: Lead, mentor, and inspire a dedicated team, ensuring a positive, productive work environment. Foster leadership skills in team members and encourage growth within the practice. </li><li>Patient & Doctor Liaison: Serve as the bridge between the doctor, patients, and the dental team, ensuring clear communication and a seamless experience from check-in to treatment. </li><li>Operational Excellence: Oversee the day-to-day operations of the practice, ensuring efficiency in every aspect, including scheduling, patient flow, inventory management, and office systems. </li><li>Financial Oversight: Track and analyze key performance metrics to ensure revenue goals and financial targets are met. Implement strategies to improve financial outcomes and increase profitability. </li><li>Practice Growth & Strategy: Work with leadership to forecast future growth opportunities and implement effective strategies for expanding patient volume, improving service offerings, and enhancing the overall patient experience. </li><li>Compliance & HR Management: Ensure all staff are properly trained and that the practice complies with all regulatory and legal requirements. Oversee HR functions such as recruitment, performance management, and staff development. </li></ul>Requirements & Qualifications:<ul><li>Experience: A minimum of 5 years working in a dental practice, with at least 2 years in a leadership or managerial role. Experience in a fast-paced, customer-oriented environment is a plus. </li><li>Business Acumen: A solid understanding of practice management, financial reporting, and business operations. Proficiency in dental practice management software (preferred) and tools like Word and Excel. </li><li>Leadership Skills: Strong leadership capabilities with experience managing teams and driving results. Ability to mentor and develop staff into leaders within the practice. </li><li>Communication & Problem Solving: Excellent interpersonal skills, with a strong ability to solve problems, make decisions, and communicate effectively with patients, staff, and leadership. </li><li>Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with dental billing systems, insurance processes, and patient account management.
