The Enrollment Recruiter is responsible for attending recruitment events, providing campus tours (Morristown Campus) and meeting with prospective students and their families on a daily basis to provide them with knowledge on the admission’s process, financial aid steps and general program information.Essential Job Functions:Recruitment Responsibilities:<ul><li>Provide daily campus tours and enrollment information sessions with prospective/admitted students and their families on the Morristown Campus.</li><li>Actively participate in high school counselor outreach and communications in recruitment territory.</li><li>Provide event coverage such as but not limited to college fairs, career fairs, signing days and award programs.</li><li>Provide enrollment presentations on site and within service area for recruitment purposes.</li><li>Visit middle schools, high schools, businesses, and community partners to promote the college to aid in recruitment.</li></ul>Additional Responsibilities:<ul><li>Assists with prospective student data entry and coordination of data entry efforts related to enrollment development in the CRM.</li><li>Assists with prospective and admitted student communications via text, phone, and email.</li><li>Supports Senators Central team on a daily basis; responsible to assist, inform and instruct students in the areas of financial aid, admissions, student account, student records, and other general information related to enrollment via phone, email, in-person, virtually, etc.</li><li>Attends and assists in planning for Orientation and yield related student/family events. </li><li>May perform other duties as assigned.</li></ul>Required Qualifications:<ul><li>High school diploma </li><li>Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with students, staff and faculty. </li><li>Demonstrated ability to maintain effective, collaborative working relationships with internal and external colleagues and constituents. </li><li>Demonstrated knowledge on college’s programs of study and offerings. </li><li>Demonstrated ability for critical thinking and problem-solving skills. </li><li>Advanced knowledge and demonstrated ability with Office 365, Banner (or other data management systems), other technology platforms. </li><li>Demonstrated ability to deliver professional oral presentations. </li><li>Must have a valid driver’s license. </li><li>Flexibility to work some evenings and weekends. </li></ul>Preferred Qualifications:<ul><li>Experience working in higher education setting in the role of recruitment/admissions.</li></ul>Behavioral Core Competencies:<ul><li>Works effectively as team member to achieve goals and objectives. </li><li>Shares information readily with others and listens effectively, showing openness to new ideas </li><li>Displays a high degree of personal effectiveness; pursues objectives with consistent determination.
