Duties:Manage full-cycle recruiting, including sourcing, interview coordination, onboarding, and maintaining talent pipelines Partner with leadership on workforce planning and staffing needs Serve as a resource for employees on HR policies, benefits, and day-to-day inquiries Support employee relations, conflict resolution, and engagement initiatives while maintaining confidentiality Oversee HR operations, including employee records, HRIS updates, and processing employee lifecycle changes Ensure compliance with all employment laws, policies, and required training Assist with benefits administration and employee support Coordinate training programs, track completion, and support performance management processes Contribute to a positive, values-driven culture and support cross-functional organizational initiatives.
