Serves as liaison between the association and other entities, which can include the developer, builders, sub-associations, commercial parcels, club facilities and schools or public facilities, and may extend to municipal departments and other community associations. The Executive Director serves as an integral part of the leadership of the community, acting as advisor to the Board and volunteer committees regarding policies and procedures and creating a variety of social opportunities to promote and maintain a true sense of community.
