The Recruiter is responsible for full-cycle recruiting in support of federal government contracts, partnering closely with Operations, Program Management, Security, Human Resources, and business leaders to identify, attract, and hire qualified talent. Prepare, analyze, and present recruiting metrics including time-to-fill, source effectiveness, pipeline activity, candidate conversion rates, and hiring forecasts to recruiting leadership, operational leaders, and senior management.
