This position relies on independent judgment, problem-solving, timely follow-up, and solid sales skills. Please note that this is a sales position, not a human resources position. **Now hiring for July and August 2026 start dates** 

Responsibilities:
<ul><li>Proven success in this role is aided by a very strong work ethic, personal drive, market awareness, and the ability to overcome obstacles</li><li>Meet or exceed expectations on effort and activity metrics and achieve monthly sales goals, as set by leadership</li><li>Prospect candidates at high-volume through cold calling, texting, web postings, job boards, referrals, social networking, and inbound communication</li><li>Build a book of business from scratch and manage a robust pipeline of candidates at various stages of the sales cycle</li><li>Conduct phone screens and interviews, review the applicant’s work information, negotiate compensation, and determine potential matches with open job orders or future employment opportunities</li><li>Verify background information including work references, educational degree(s), drug screen, and other employment verifications required by the company or client, compliant with quality assurance guidelines</li><li>Ensure all pre-hire qualifications are met and skill sheets are properly documented in CRM system, before proceeding to a facility interview</li><li>Work daily with various client-facing teams to match and present qualified clinicians for placement in our current job openings</li><li>Partner with onboarding team for all aspects of the employee/client assignment/placement</li><li>Serve as the primary point of contact for clinicians, with an aim to retain candidates through contract extensions and reassignments</li><li>Build relationships with co-workers and supervisors by helping others, offering assistance, supporting what’s best for the team/department, and resolving issues effectively and professionally</li><li>Prioritize job duties and organize work responsibilities efficiently by planning and time-blocking</li><li>Deliver exceptional customer service that meets or exceeds corporate customer service score goals</li><li>Contribute to a positive and healthy team culture and maintain a solution-minded and can-do attitude</li><li>Portray the company’s mission and value statements in all business conversations, transactions, and decisions</li></ul>

Qualifications:
<ul><li>High School Diploma or GED certificate required</li><li>Proven track record of career success and/or longevity in roles</li><li>Self-motivated, with a strong desire to meet or exceed placement goals and passion for helping clinicians to thrive in their careers</li><li>Ability to negotiate and problem-solve collaboratively</li><li>Ability to organize workload, multi-task, and work with a sense of urgency and efficiency</li><li>Willingness to learn, accept coaching/feedback, and practice the effort/activity required to succeed</li><li>Ability to use MS Office software applications and the Internet proficiently; ability to learn and utilize multiple software applications efficiently</li><li>Have a high level of comfort operating within technology platforms.</li><li>Speak and write professionally and follow oral or written instructions</li><li>Excellent rapport/relationship-building skills</li><li>Inspiration to succeed and accomplish goals</li><li>Desire and ability to adhere to company core values and high standard of customer service</li></ul>Preferences:<ul><li>Associate or Bachelor’s degree preferred – a combination of education and relative experience will be considered</li><li>One or more years of recruiting, sales, or related work experience</li><li>Staffing industry experience</li><li>Medical terminology background</li><li>Phone exposure (customer service, call center, sales, cold calling, etc.)</li><li>Solid sales skills (relationship-based, commissions)</li><li>Successful selling or closing deals through consultative selling techniques</li><li style="list-style-type:none"> </li></ul>

Maximus compensation is based on various factors including but not limited to job location, a candidate's education, training, experience, expected quality and quantity of work, required travel (if any), external market and internal value analysis including seniority and merit systems, as well as internal pay alignment. - Lead cross-functional planning and execution of projects aligned with the HR strategy and including, process design, functional requirements, data management, testing, and production operations and support design.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:- Assess current environment and develop a 3-5 year HR technology strategy, objectives, and roadmap. - Lead the implementation of process improvement and innovative tools. - Partner with HR functions to assist in the adoption of efficient, scalable end-to-end processes. - Ensure HRIS staff are trained in process improvement techniques. - Partner with IT to identify and articulate system needs, vendor selection, implementation, upgrade, integration, and maintenance of systems. - Lead project planning teams related to major upgrades and system implementations. - Collaborate with HR business partners to understand business needs related to human resources information. - Provide consultation and analyses to enhance human resources decision making. - Collaborate with IT and legal to ensure the secure storage and movement of human resources information to systems within and outside of Maximus. - Develop test plans as needed and oversee successful completion of test phase to move to production. - Work closely with vendors and staff to design and test integrations. - Lead implementation of processes to ensure data integrity. - Manage HRIS budget. - Lead cross-functional planning and execution of projects aligned with the HR strategy and including, process design, functional requirements, data management, testing, and production operations and support design. - Manage staff to achieve HR strategic goals and objectives that require systems and technology related support. - Provide functional production support, system configuration and product /data stewardship for the suite of HR tools, and the design and management of inbound and outbound HR data interfaces. - Coordinate multiple HRIS solutions within a heavily matrixed organizational environment. - Liaise with divisional and corporate IT departments in coordinating IT projects, IT standard procedures, initiatives, Help Desk changes, and system outages. - Support and partner with HR team to define and implement HR processes and procedures that leverage technological capabilities for the collection, maintenance and reporting of data. - Oversee system upgrades, system interfaces, data quality/integrity, HR Division web applications.Minimum Requirements:- Bachelor's degree.- 12-15 years experience.to send to WDMinimum Requirements Minimum Requirements:- Bachelor's degree. - 12-15 years experience.to send to WDEEO Statement Maximus is an equal opportunity employer.
