Your work will help ensure the New Jersey office and assigned campus sources attract and hire the best talent to meet our recruiting priorities, while creating a thoughtful, responsive, and personalized experience for candidates as they get to know McKinsey & Company. You will collaborate with Partners, Professional Development, consultants, source recruiters, and the broader North America recruiting team to develop and execute recruiting strategies across attraction, assessment, cultivation, interview scheduling, offer support, onboarding, and summer internship programming.
