Face to face interaction with new hires--Assist in data entry of employees' paperwork--Scanning, importing and saving new hire records in database--Ability to operate office equipment including, but not limited to: computers, copiers, printers--I-9 Retention--Type 40 WPM--Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel--Self-Motivated--Willing to accept and take on new responsibilities as needed--Must be Bilingual--English to Spanish.
