If based in the Southern Region, this position is responsible for the following additional duties: Oversees job description development; reviews new request; ensures content is consistent with Partnership policy; ensures title is consistent with the current wage/grade table; works with upper management for grade assignment. Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management; minimum of three (3) years in Human Resources field; or any combination of education, training, and experience which provides the required knowledge and abilities.
