The Plant Manager will direct the activities of plant employees in a safe, compliant, reliable, and economical manner including electric power production, maintenance, engineering, construction, accounting, procurement, materials management, human resources, public affairs, tax matters and compliance with regulating agencies. + Develop short range (three year to coincide with the investment review committee) plan and forecasts in cooperation with engineering and maintenance personnel; develop budgets, prepare variance reports and control expenditures to meet approved budgets.
