Under general supervision, the Registered Nurse II provides individualized, goal-directed patient care to families and patients at the competent level utilizing the principles and practices of the nursing process; delivers safe and effective care and interacts with other members of the health care team to achieve desired results. Frequency requirements include continuous performance for most core physical, sensory, and environmental functions; frequent performance for elevated-area work, confined-space work, twisting, squatting, pinching, overhead reaching, lower-extremity balance and coordination, exerting up to 50 lbs.
