Must meet one of the following qualifications under (a) through (c): (a) Possess a valid Lifetime California Community College Credential that permits full-time service as Counselor; OR (b) Possess a Masters degree, from an accredited institution, in counseling, rehabilitation counseling, clinical psychology, counseling psychology, guidance counseling, educational counseling, social work, or career development, marriage and family therapy, or marriage, family and child counseling; OR (c) A Bachelors degree in one of the above-listed degrees and a license as a Marriage, and Family Therapist (MFT) is an alternative qualification for this discipline. Identify special student needs Participate in recruiting activities with local schools, other community colleges, four-year colleges, community agencies and employers.
