Examples of work performed are as follows: • Performs caseload support services such as creating, maintaining, and reviewing technical case management forms and files for accuracy utilizing the electronic case management system; • Collects consumer information during the intake process; • Maintains appropriate business relationships with service providers, businesses, consumers and staff.
