Employment Law Paralegal (Remote - CA)

Five (5) plus years of proven experience in UI/UX design, concept development, building and shipping products (web, mobile apps, responsive designs), building and maintaining design systems, gained from working in an innovation agency, startup, tech company or large organization. Works with Designers, Product Managers, Engineers, Business Operations Specialists, Digital Strategists, and other UXRs to prioritize research opportunities in a fast-paced, rapidly changing environment, while also incorporating complex technical and business requirements.
