Participate in designing and implementing a plan of care with the interdisciplinary team including Registered Nurses, Physicians, Advance-Practice Nurses (APRN, CNM, CRNA's), Physician Assistants, and other health professionals. Administer prescribed medications, treatments, and vaccines; perform point-of-care testing; collect and handle specimens within scope of practice as determined by the Nurse Practice Act of the appropriate state.
