This role provides leadership to a team of program managers and execution leaders, establishes and continuously improves governance and operational practices, and partners closely with Product Management, Engineering, Quality, and Regulatory leaders to deliver complex software releases in a highly regulated environment. Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing team of program managers, establishing clear expectations and building organizational capability in program leadership, Agile execution, stakeholder management, risk management, and delivery excellence.
