Ability to communicate successfully and in a professional manner with clients, above average math aptitude, excellent oral and written communication skills, excellent decision making and problem-solving skills, superior amount of computer literacy and proofreading capabilities. Works with store associates to develop a referral strategy so that the Retirement & Investment Services offered by the credit union are made known to the members.
