Helps identify Value Streams, Agile Release Trains (ARTs), prepares the teams for ART launch, trains teams and leadership, coaches ART execution, and helps drive continuous improvement at the ART level. Conducts training which includes, but is not limited to, the areas of release planning, backlog grooming, story writing, roles and responsibilities, the ceremonies of Scrum, Kanban and technical best-practices; product management teams, Scrum masters and other roles.
