As the Tech Lead, you will be a hands-on contributor and technical leader, directly involved in designing, building, and delivering solutions for enterprise learning platforms, onboarding solutions, and LMS-governed enablement products alongside the development team, bringing technical depth and leadership to every stage of the work. 7+ years of experience after Bachelor's degree (or 5+ years of experience after Master's degree) in learning and development, training operations, capability enablement, or related domains in pharma, with expertise in enterprise learning platforms (LMS), sales and marketing training, onboarding programs, and experiential learning solutions.
