Trauma Level: Level 2. Facility Specific Job Notes: - Minimum of 18 months permanent Labor and Delivery experience - Minimum of 18 months recent Labor and Delivery experience as home unit - Must have permanent Ohio license or compact state license in hand - Must have ACLS, BLS, NRP, and STABLE certifications in hand at time of submittal - One reference from a manager, ANM, supervisor, or director in the specialty applying for, from assignments worked in the past 12 months - Experience with EPIC Stork preferred but not required - COVID-19 vaccine required (medical/religious exemptions only) - Flu vaccine required (medical/religious exemptions only) - Must score acceptably on ECG rhythm recognition test and Safe Medicate during orientation - Nicotine-free requirement for all travelers except nurses and CSTs - BCI/FBI prints must be completed within 48 hours of signing contract.
