Supporting the Project Manager with day-to-day project execution, managing RFIs, submittals, change orders, and project documentation, assisting with subcontractor coordination and buyout, tracking budgets, schedules, procurement, and project costs, working closely with Superintendents to maintain communication between the field and office, participating in owner, architect, subcontractor, and internal project meetings, supporting project closeout, punch lists, and turnover, developing the technical and leadership skills required to progress into a Project Manager position. 2+ years of commercial construction experience preferred, experience with a reputable commercial general contractor, strong exposure to ground-up construction, broad project exposure is highly preferred, strong understanding of commercial construction processes from preconstruction through closeout, comfortable working with subcontractors, field teams, architects, and owners, strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills, someone ambitious who wants to take on increasing responsibility and grow into project leadership.
