Preferred qualifications: Understanding of the Continuum of Care program and HUD Coordinated Entry Requirements as defined in the CoC Program interim rule and HUD Notice CPD-17-01 Notice Establishing Additional Requirements for a Continuum of Care Centralized or Coordinated Assessment System, plus HUD resources and guidebooks on CES topics. The successful candidate will use evidence-based practices and adult learning principles to support users in applying CES requirements, evaluate learner performance, maintain course documentation, and continuously improve training based on participant feedback, assessment results, policy changes, and identified implementation needs.
