The ideal candidate is someone who has the technical skill to go on a site visit solo and come up with a transition checklist, the project management skills to manage complex system upgrades/installations including vendor coordination and management, and the political savvy to work with other VPs at Sage to represent IT interests in the broader scope of hotel/restaurant operations. We use third-party MSPs for 24x7 IT break-fix support, so this role is less support and more project management, brand compliance, capital planning, Operating Expense budgeting, vendor management, coordination of property transitions/openings/construction/renovations, new property due diligence, and strategic direction for the Property Technology function.
