As a Department Head in the community, the Environmental Services Director is also responsible for communication and coordination with maintenance and housekeeping staff including the direct oversight of recruiting, hiring, scheduling, coaching and counseling, and monitoring of performance. Must have a minimum of three (3) years of experience in a supervisory capacity, in a maintenance plant related position, in building industry and/or housekeeping handling the upkeep, repair and maintenance of electrical, plumbing and structural matters, including HVAC systems.
