This role is responsible for driving the overall performance, growth, customer experience, and organizational effectiveness of the facility while ensuring alignment across Production, Engineering, Quality, Customer Service, and other supporting functions. Partner with Engineering, Quality, Customer Programs, Production, Sales, and other functions to ensure the site is positioned to support new business, customer requirements, product launches, capacity needs, and future growth.
