As part of the Stabilization Services program, the SSW works alongside a multidisciplinary team to help families develop practical skills, create plans to address and prevent future challenges, reduce the need for out-of-home services, and connect with ongoing community resources and supports. Frequent interactions with patient care providers, patients, and visitors that require employee to verbally communicate as well as hear and understand spoken information, alarms, needs, and issues quickly and accurately, particularly during emergency situations.
