This is an execution-and-improvement role: you will not only run core operational processes (eligibility, enrollments, billing, audits, case support), but also take initiative to identify process gaps and implement efficiencies-especially through better use of Workday, automation, and data-driven workflows (including responsible use of AI where appropriate). This role partners closely with the Global Benefits team, People Business Partners, Payroll, HR/People Operations, Legal, Finance, and external vendors/insurers to ensure our benefits are competitive, compliant, scalable, and fiscally responsible.
