Job Description Summary: Leads, trains, and supports the activities and operations of the Off-Premise Wine and Spirits Merchandisers to drive volume and profit growth in accounts and provide support to Sales Consultants and District Managers across Fresno, San Francisco, Santa Rosa, Roseville, Vacaville, Sacramento and Elk Grove. Administer duties to include, but not limited to, verify weekly time cards, review, confirm, and approve team time off, conduct Merchandising team meetings, attend Division Sales meetings, conduct employee evaluations/reviews.
