Earned Master's in Political Science, Government, or International Relations from an accredited institution, or the equivalent; OR; Earned Bachelor's in any of the above AND earned Master's in Economics, History, Public Administration, Social Science, Sociology, and any Ethnic Studies, Juris Doctor Degree (J.D.) or Legum Baccalaureus (LL.B.) from an accredited institution; or the equivalent.
