The RN will be responsible for completing initial assessments and reassessments, developing and revising plans of care, reviewing medication documentation, updating Medication Administration Records based on current prescriber orders, conducting supervisory visits, training caregivers and DSPs, and monitoring individuals’ health and safety. Assurance Care & Support Services, Inc. is seeking a part-time or per-diem Registered Nurse to provide clinical oversight for our non-skilled home care and New Jersey DDD services.
