This role will partner with a cross-cultural, fully remote team of Trainers and Subject Matter Experts to design advanced educational courses for clinical, coding, and audit teams across Payment Integrity programs, including DRG, clinical validation, outpatient, home health, etc. and related audit workflows. Design and develop engaging instructional training programs, including curricula, facilitator guides, learner guides, on-the-job training tools, training manuals, job aids, assessments, and e-learning modules to support effective knowledge acquisition and application.
