The Personnel Security Specialist supports employees and consultants across multiple cleared Nakupuna Companies and Lines of Business and works closely with the Facility Security Officer (FSO), Assistant Facility Security Officer (AFSO), other PERSEC personnel, Security Line of Business Leads, Recruiting, Human Capital, Program Managers, Information Technology, government security representatives, and other stakeholders. The successful candidate must be able to independently manage a high volume of personnel security actions, identify clearance and compliance issues, communicate requirements clearly, protect sensitive personnel information, and maintain accurate and auditable records in accordance with the National Industrial Security Program Operating Manual (NISPOM), Defense Counterintelligence and Security Agency (DCSA) requirements, company security procedures, and applicable customer requirements.
